How long does it take to get my windows in after placing the order?
It will take 3-6 weeks for your windows to arrive, depending upon the product ordered.
How long does window installation take?
Installation will take 1-3 days depending on how many windows and how large the project is.
How long does it take to install a patio door?
Generally, 1-3 hours for installation, depending on the different kind of trim packages that are being installed.
What do I need to prep for installation?
We ask that all of the window treatment and coverings are taken down by the homeowner prior to installation.
Are you insured?
Yes, we hold a certificate of general liability insurance on all of our projects.
Why do I need to replace my old windows?

If there is an alarm system with window sensors, the Homeowner is responsible to have their alarm company disconnect and reconnect the alarms.
Will you dispose of my old windows?
We try to recycle everything we can and dispose of what is necessary. In the end, we will be responsible of the removal and disposal of the old windows and trash.
How do I know if I have lead paint in my house?
We are EPA certified, and we will conduct a test if your home was built before 1978. If the test comes back positive, then we will conduct lead safe practices during your installation.
